PAVC Club Program

Precision Athletics Volleyball Club in Sugar Land, TX aims to bring a different culture to the Texas area and hopes to have YOU be a part of the change. 

Club Recreational 14U Team

Total cost for season: $800
Our recreational level team will participate in two tournaments located in the greater Houston-metro area or surrounding suburbs. We aim to enhance each player’s skill and work towards a better understanding of the game during the season. Within our recreational program, we work with player’s who may also have other outside activities as a part of their schedules. However, we still stress the importance of attending practices and all tournaments. 

Season Start: January
Season End: first of March 
Tournaments: 2 – 1 Day Tournaments 
Practice Times: Two Days of week - TBA (2 hours each)

Local 13U - 16U Teams

Total cost for season: $2,825
 Our Local level teams will participate in tournaments located in the greater Houston-metro area and surrounding suburbs. We aim to enhance each player’s skill and work towards better competition play throughout the season. Within our local program, we work with player’s who may also have other outside activities as a part of their schedules. However, we still stress the importance of attending practices and all tournaments. Our Local teams are for ages 13u to 15u.

Season Start: End of November
Season End: End of March
Tournaments: 6 – 1 Day Tournaments & 1 - 2 Day Tournament
Practice Times: Two Days of week - TBA (2 hours each)

Coastal 14U - 17U Teams

Total cost for season: $3,910
 

Our Coastal level teams will travel anywhere within the state of Texas and the U.S. Gulf Coast Region. The goal is to allow them to participate in higher levels of competition while also keeping travel requirements manageable. Our Coastal teams are competitive teams. We plan for players to attend all practices and expect them to attend all tournaments when accepting a position on our competitive Coastal teams.It is important that players and their families are able to commit to the busy coastal tournament schedule. The end date is contingent on the dates of the Lone Star Regional tournament. 

 

Season Start: End of November
Season End:  End of April/beginning of May
Tournaments:  4 1-Day Tournaments, 4 2-Day Tournaments, 1 3-Day Tournament
Practice Times: Two Days of week - TBA (2 hours each)Positionals: Six positional trainings - TBA (1.5 hours each) 

 

National 15U - 17U Teams

Total cost for season: $4,817
 

Our National level teams can travel anywhere in the United States and are for club ages 15u to 17u. They will participate in ten tournaments, and the majority of tournaments attended will be multi-day events. At least four tournaments will be in the greater Houston area, and at least four tournaments will be out of state. We aim to make at least two of the travel tournaments within a reasonable driving distance of eight hours or less. It is imperative that players and families are able to commit to the busy play and travel schedule organized for this team. We expect players to attend all practices and all tournaments when accepting a position on a National team. The end date is contingent on the date of the AAU Junior National tournament.

Season End: June
Tournaments: 3 1-day Tournaments, 4 2-Day Tournaments, 2 3-Day Tournaments, and 1 4-day Tournament (AAU Nationals)
Practice Times: Two Days a week - TBA (2 Hours Each) 
Positionals: Six positional trainings - TBA (1.5 hours each) 

18U Teams

Total cost for season: $3,490
 

Our 18U level teams can travel anywhere in the United States and are for club ages 18U. They will participate in 7 tournaments, and the majority of tournaments attended will be multi-day events. At least three tournaments will be in the greater Houston area, and at least two travel tournaments will be within an eight hour drive of Sugar Land. It is imperative that players and families are able to commit to the busy play and travel schedule organized for this team. We expect players to attend all practices and all tournaments when accepting a position on an 18U team. Our 18U teams will conclude their season in April.

Practice Times: Two Days a week - TBA (2 Hours Each) 
Positionals: Six positional trainings - TBA (1.5 hours each)

2024 - 2025 Club Season

Club Costs Include:

  • 2 Practice Shirts (Additional Shirts Can be purchased)

NOT included in Costs:

  • Travel Expenses for Tournaments
  • USAV Registration Fee ($50)
  • Ref/Score Keeping Clinic ($25)
  • AAU Registration Fee ($15) - If needed

Other Information Regarding Club Costs:

  • All money paid to PAVC is non-refundable. 
  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of committment to reserve a spot on the team. 
  • A $100 discount will be applied to all club costs paid in full within 2 weeks of the time of commitment. 
  • A 5% discount will be applied to all siblings (after the cost of the first sibling is applied). 
  • All payment plans begin the 1st of the Month following the month after tryouts (ex. When a player trys out in July of 2022, the first payment after the club deposit is due on August 1, 2022).

PAVC does Fundraising!

Players can put money directly towards fees through:

  • Sponsor Letter
  • Direct Advertising Package
  • Direct sell program (ie: scentsy or products)

All money paid to PAVC is non refundable/transferable within 24 hours of scheduled event. 2 Weeks notice is required for a full refund (minus 3.5% Convenience Fee) and 24 or more hours notice to receive transferable credit to future events.
