2024 Winter Freeze

This year, The Winter Freeze will host 13U, 14U, 15U, & 16U age divisions at the Talbert Rec Center in Mooresville.  All clubs are welcome to participate in our first annual Winter Freeze Touranment.

February 24 & 25, 2024
Team Entry Fee: $400
Talbert Rec Center: 210 Talbert Pointe Dr. Mooresville NC 28117
 

Coaches Check In:
This will be a  JVA sanctioned event.  Please have all information verified and rosters loaded no later than 12pm on February 23.  We will print verified AES rosters at that time and have them available at check in.  Otherwise - you will need to bring a printed roster with you.

Check in is Friday, February 23 from 6-9pm at Precision Athletics Sports Complex (118 Cedar Pointe Dr. Mooresville, NC) or between 7:00AM through 2:00PM on Saturday at the Talbert Rec Center. Coaches will check in teams by completing JVA Release form and signing verified rosters.

Spectators:
Spectator Fees will be $20 for 2 day admission and $12 for 1 day admission (CASH ONLY). No entries will be allowed for anyone without a wristband. Children 12 and under are FREE. 

Housing: This is NOT a stay to play tournament. CLICK HERE for accommodations.

Food:  No Outside food or food tables permitted inside.

Seating: Chairs are permitted, but bleachers will be provided for seating.

Refund Policy
Teams not accepted into the Take the Lake Tournament will receive a full refund.
Once Accepted - 100% refund until February 5th.
50% refund until February 14th.
After February 15th, no refunds will be given

Take the Lake 2024
